Sam Manikis
I am experienced in commercial, business and property law, including commercial agreements, leasing and general conveyancing. I have also advised and acted on behalf of both developers and purchasers on a number of large developments, including Wentworth Point (formerly Homebush Bay) and Green Square.
I regularly act for a number of clients with business operations throughout Australia, South-East Asia and mainland China.
I have an excellent understanding of, and am fluent in, the Greek language and have represented numerous overseas clients with respect to their Australian matters.
Who I work with and what I do
Although my area of practice is mostly property and transactional work, I have been involved in a number of large litigation matters, both civil and criminal.
I appeared for the Applicant in a Federal Court matter involving breach of copyright and Intellectual Property. The matter ran through to a full hearing where the client ultimately proved successful.
What I like to do
Away from work, I enjoy spending time with my family and my teenage children. I enjoy gardening and cars, both modern and classic.
