EMC ACTS ON SALE OF SHARES IN SUCCESFUL MULTI DOLLAR MILLION MEDICAL SUPPLY COMPANY
The commercial team at Eakin McCaffery Cox has recently completed the successful sale for a client of their shareholding in a Sentry Medical Pty Ltd , a major supplier in medical consumables industry to the publically listed EBOS Group Ltd. The value of the transaction exceeded $50m with earn outs to follow.

The transaction, which had international aspects, included quickly building a large virtual data room, expeditiously reviewing multiple contracts with largely government customers, negotiating the sale documentation, considering foreign law implications, amending existing contracts with offshore suppliers; securing employment contracts and arranging a new lease of the company’s premises in Sydney.
