With more than 20 years experience in commercial law, Peter’s banking and finance practice covers both transactional and litigation matters. His clients include a number of first-tier and second-tier banks and finance companies and trade-based finance suppliers. He has significant expertise in relation to securities and PPSA and in acting for mortgagees in both transactional and recovery contexts.
