With more than 25 years experience in property law, Ian’s practice covers a wide range of property services, including the sale of businesses (including licensed premises), the sale and purchase of all property types, including off-the-plan units, and the leasing of retail, industrial and commercial premises. He also advises on and prepares construction contracts and commercial documents such as franchise agreements, joint-venture agreements and profit-share agreements.
