As the managing partner at Eakin McCaffery Cox Lawyers, Tim also heads the firm’s property department. With more than 39 years of professional practice, Tim offers extensive, specialist knowledge of property law and has significant administrative law experience. He is known for his expertise in retail leasing, food chain developments and heritage property law.
Tim first joined the firm under its previous name as Vindin & Littlejohn in 1974. He has been managing partner at Eakin McCaffery Cox Lawyers for more than 18 years. He is former Chair of the Legal Services Committee, Property Council of Australia (NSW Division) and solicitor for the National Trust of Australia (NSW).
