Michael Stafford

Partner

Michael performs services in both commercial and corporate areas. As to commercial services, Michael drafts a wide variety of commercial agreements including business and share sales, shareholder, joint venture, franchise and licence agreements, trust deeds and many more.. In corporate, Michael gets involved in such areas as fundraising (including preparing prospectuses), IPO's and ASX listing, rights issues, takeovers and capital reconstructions and other matters within the purview of the Corporations Act.

Stephen Boatswain

Partner

Stephen is an accredited employment law specialist and has particular expertise in providing strategic, solution based advice involving industrial and employment issues, change management, allegations of misconduct and other workplace complaints, occupational health and safety, and workplace regulation and related matters. Stephen has particular experience in terms of dealing with unions and collective workplace arrangements.

He has an established track record of dealing with sensitive issues in the workplace, including sexual harassment and anti-discrimination complaints, managing Senior Executive separation, compliance issues, WorkCover investigations and prosecutions, and termination of employment.

Greg Ross

Gregory is in our Commercial Government team and concentrates his efforts in Administrative Law, Government Contracting and probity matters, including legislative reform and procurement projects to achieve the best value for money for clients.

He and some of his clients work with lawyers in a variety of countries to implement many client projects, particularly to do with education services within Australia and beyond.
